My Roadie 2 or Roadie Bass is not switching on. What do I do?

P.S. Always make sure you have the latest firmware version installed on your Roadie. Some errors you might be having can be resolved by updating Roadie's firmware.

  1. Make sure that Roadie’s battery is sufficiently charged. Plug your Roadie into the charger and make sure the charging LED (next to the micro USB plug) is red (charging) for at least 20 minutes or green (fully charged).

  2. If step 1 does not solve the problem, a hard reset might be required. Insert a pin into the reset hole as shown in these simple hard reset steps. Rest assured, resetting Roadie 2 will not erase your data.
