You can obtain a refund for items you purchase from our store and return within 30 days from date of purchase. Check out our Refund & Return Policy for more information.

If you would like a refund*, please return Roadie in its original packaging along with the following accessories:

1. Roadie Jack (included with Roadie Tuner only).


2. USB cable.

Please reach out to support@bandindustries.com to get instructions on shipping Roadie back to us.

*A refund will only be issued if the item is returned in good condition.
