Always make sure you have the latest firmware version installed on your Roadie. Some errors you might be having can be resolved by updating Roadie's firmware.

In some cases, a factory reset might be required to bring your Roadie back to normal. To perform a factory reset please follow the steps below:

  • Turn on your Roadie
  • Turn on the Roadie Tuner app (Make sure Bluetooth is on)
  • Sync with your Roadie so you back up your instrument data.
  • Go to "Settings"
  • Select your Roadie device
  • Scroll down
  • Click on "Factory Reset", at this point your Roadie should switch off indicating a successful factory reset. If you switch it back on all instruments should be deleted.
  • Sync again to recover your instruments.
